No triggers for create table Operation in Mysql

Is it possible to create a trigger for creating table operation in mysql?

This question came to my mind when I was implementing some database design concepts into database creation task. Somehow I required to create a trigger that can create a table on insertion of a row of data into a table in the same database. After a wild and crazy will to do this task, I came up to know that it is not possible to create a trigger in mysql that creates a table. Wow, enjoyed the search and info!
